The large windows of Anna Feller’s beautiful white-washed Bondi apartment overlook the famous beach, which is brimming with people soaking up the first of the summer sun. She has packed her light-filled space with a lush array of plants – a vine winding around the ceiling of her kitchen is a particular favourite – and beautiful artefacts sought from her circle of creative friends. Anna and her son, sweet little Banjo, reside here; a calm sanctuary of sorts up out of the bustle of Bondi below.

Your home is so beautiful! What inspired the decor?
"I haven't put too much thought into the decor of our home. I am lucky to have lots of talented friends who happen to be amazing artists or furniture and homeware designers - I feel like our home is just filled with things made by loved ones. I keep it quite minimal and lived-in. Come summertime it is often very sandy and filled with beach blankets and wet bathers!"
Tell us a little about the idea behind Wilder and what it means to you:
"I started Wilder as a platform to share my knowledge and suggestions of living a healthier lifestyle with children around. I was always being asked about recipes and natural remedies for little ones! I also wanted to share other people's stories I found interesting and create something for like-minded young families. It has now turned into a much broader hub and is continuing to grow day by day."
You live right by Bondi Beach, what does the community there mean to you?
"I love the community in Bondi, it is such a great pocket! We are blessed to have connected with so many people in our neighbourhood over the years - I have made some fantastic friends here. There are some really great young creatives, amazing cafes and restaurants - like Porch & Parlour, Sean's Panorama, Icebergs, Rocker, Orchard Street, Fishbowl - fantastic shopping and the most iconic beach in the world is a stone’s throw from my bed. It's hard to get me out of the neighbourhood!"
Name some of your and Banjo's favourite summer memories:
"Road trips to Byron Bay, making fruit gelatos, collecting shells, stones and natives down the south coast to make sand castles together, warm dinners outside, teaching him how to swim when the ocean is dead flat at 6am and it is too hot in our apartment, pushing him onto waves on his tiny surf board. Nothing compares to summer in Australia."
What are the summer pieces you can't live without?
"A few good bathing suits and lots of white linen."
You're very much into the idea of living naturally, what are some of the wellness philosophies you live by?
"Everything in moderation. Drink lots of water, eat a well-balanced diet with lots of green veggies included, up your probiotics, recycle, be kind to one another, laugh, love & enjoy life. It goes far too quickly!"
