You will be notified via email once your order has been dispatched, and this email will include all tracking details relating to your order. Changes to your order's delivery status will be indicated via your tracking number on the courier website. All orders are delivered via registered courier and will require a signature, unless you provide Authority To Leave during checkout. Authority To Leave is optional for Standard deliveries but a requirement for Same Day deliveries. Orders with Same Day delivery cannot be sent to PO Box addresses.
If there is an issue fulfilling your Same Day delivery order, you will be contacted via phone. If we are unable to reach you to resolve your order, we reserve the right to convert your order to Standard delivery with Authority To Leave. In this case, the Same Day delivery freight charge will be refunded to you.

If your address is unattended at the time of delivery
- Standard Delivery - If you have not provided Authority To Leave, your parcel will be transferred to the nearest post office for collection within 7 business days before being returned to sender.
- Same Day Delivery - Authority To Leave is a requirement for Same Day delivery, however if it is determined that it is not safe to leave the goods or delivery is unable to be effected for any other reason, your parcel will be returned to us and Customer Service will contact you regarding your order.
While we endeavour to deliver goods to your nominated address within the time frames indicated, we cannot guarantee delivery times particularly during busy promotional and sale periods where some order dispatches may be delayed due to the additional volume. Dispatch of orders may also be delayed where payment or address information requires verification or correction prior to dispatch.
Click & Collect
This service enables you to shop online and collect your purchase in store avoiding delivery charges. We aim to have online orders available for collection in store within four business hours. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is ready for collection.
During the checkout process you may elect to collect the items in your shopping bag from a retail store of your choice in Australia or New Zealand. Your order will be processed and prepared for collection at your nominated store. If this store is not able to fulfil your order we will contact you to make alternative arrangements.

Authority To Leave ("ATL")
By selecting the box "Tick this box if you agree that our driver can leave the delivery if you are out” during checkout you will be authorising us to arrange for your parcel to be delivered to and left at your nominated shipping address without requiring you to sign for delivery (“ATL delivery”). In doing so, please note that the only confirmation of delivery that will be available and accepted to prove receipt will be obtained from the delivery driver. If you do not receive any items delivered via ATL delivery, they will not be replaced or refunded unless otherwise required by law.
If you have an order with multiple items, these items may only be available for dispatch from separate locations. In this instance, your order will be split into multiple orders, and will be delivered separately under different tracking numbers. Each time your order is split, you will receive an email notification with the new order details. There will not be any additional shipping charges applied to split orders. For further information regarding your split order, you can log into your account, and go to ‘My Orders’ to view live status updates. Orders with Same Day delivery will not be split.
Tracking Your Order
When your online purchase is complete you will receive an email containing your order confirmation and delivery details. We will also provide you with a link that will allow you to track and trace the status of your delivery at any time.

Our Store To Your Door
If you can’t find your size or colour in your local store, our team members can order it for you if the item is available for sale on our website. Best of all, delivery will be free. Only available in Australian and New Zealand stores (exc. David Jones, Myer & Outlet stores) and on product that has not been permanently reduced.

Lost or Damaged Goods
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please Contact Us within 7 working days of placing your order so that we may assist you.
Through our partnership with eShopWorld, International shoppers can opt to view product prices in their preferred local currency and guaranteed order totals including all applicable taxes and duties when checking out at www.countryroad.com.
When you first visit www.countryroad.com, you will be asked to confirm your preferred currency and delivery country. If at any time you wish to change these settings, you can choose from the dropdown within the top header of the site (Please note this will clear your shopping bag).
To shop, add items to your shopping bag, and click ‘Checkout Now’ to check out. eShopWorld then calculates and displays the order total in your preferred currency, including the $10 AUD flat shipping rate, and any applicable duties and taxes imposed by the customs authorities in your destination country.
For online purchases shipping outside of Australia and New Zealand, if you wish to redeem vouchers please select ‘Other’ as the country of delivery in the top header of the site or when prompted. Your voucher will not be visible within the checkout if any other country is selected.
*Please note deliveries to ‘Other’ countries will not have any import tax or duty charges applied at checkout or included in the final transaction total. Any duties or taxes incurred upon delivery will be the responsibility of the delivery recipient prior to delivery.
