Synthetic materials are made from non-renewable resources and their production is an energy and chemical-intensive process.

When using synthetic materials, we aim to prioritise those that are recycled, however still have some way to go before this is rolled out across the majority of our collections.

Microfibres

A microfibre is an extremely fine synthetic fibre. These fibres have been identified as a major contributor to ocean pollution.
